Star Seller dinged because I responded to a "Help Needed" message through the customer's order page

I was told this wouldn't happen again. Everyone please take note, it does still happen. Pay attention to your messages.

Those messages always come in on a separate thread and are not combined with other messages.  The bots just see an unanswered message and you get dinged.

You answer the Help message in the message thread.  If you go to the order to refund or send a message there it is not linked to the message in the message thread.

It's not that it is happening again,  It is that it didn't work that way to begin with.  All messages in the message center have to be answered or spammed.  A message sent through the order area does not count as answering the message in the message center.  Those messages were never linked to the message center.  I say soemthing like " I am going to orders to do xxxxx and will send you a related message from there".  Something like that.
