Vacation mode. Forced

Hello,

I am contacting the Etsy support, since January 30 my store was forcibly transferred to vacation mode due to sanctions in our region. Ukraine is a large country and has 25 regions. According to Etsy's sanction policy, only 3 regions are under sanctions: Donetsk region, Luhansk region and Crimea. I live and do my business in the Lviv region. Perhaps your system mistakenly adds unoccupied regions under sanctions? I filed an appeal (#18920731) and I haven't received a response from them yet. I ask for help in unblocking my store. Thank you!

Etsy does not decide sanctioned areas.  That is the province of the US government and the European community.

What I can find is that the region has experienced drone strikes and recent damage.  I can't find anything about sanctions for the region specifically however.

If you had a basic reply email back, reply to it that you still need help.
