Hello, I am contacting the Etsy support service, since November 29 my store, like many others in Ukraine, was forcibly transferred to vacation mode citing sanctions in our region, but Ukraine is a large country and not a region, according to Etsy policy, only two regions are under sanctions - Luhansk and Donetsk regions, I live and do business in the Dnepropetrovsk region. Perhaps your system mistakenly adds unoccupied regions under sanctions? I filed two appeals # 18346518, # 18515908 and did not receive an answer to them, I ask for help in unblocking my store, thank you!
