Forced vacation

Good day!
I have a digital goods store that was forcibly sent on vacation without warning. I have no open cases, complaints or problems with intellectual property, I made all the designs myself and follow Etsy's policies and do not violate them. I live in Ukraine, namely in the Dnipropetrovsk region, which is not under US sanctions. The Dnipropetrovsk region is a current region of Ukraine. I am not in the areas to which the sanctions apply and have not been there, Donetsk region, Luhansk region and Crimea. https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/sanctions-policy/122383404929

Also, nothing prevents me from running a store following Etsy's policy. All my products are digital, where the buyer can receive their product instantly by downloading it from the Etsy website.
I ask you to remove my store from forced vacation, I am ready to provide evidence of my location.
