Vacation Mode

Hi everyone,

I’ve been selling on Etsy for quite a long time and have always done my best to follow all the rules and provide high-quality handmade products. My shop has over 1,800 sales, a solid 5-star rating, and many happy customers — I truly care about every order I send out and have invested so much time, energy, and love into building this small business.

That’s why I was completely shocked today to see that my shop was suddenly placed into Vacation Mode without any warning or explanation. I didn’t receive any prior notice, and I have no idea what could have caused it. To make things even more confusing, earlier this week one of my listings was also removed.

Has anyone else experienced something like this recently? I’ve already contacted support, but haven’t heard back yet. I’d really appreciate any advice or shared experiences — this whole situation is incredibly frustrating and disheartening.

@FeltWorldStore check to see your CC under billing is not expired.  I'm sorry this happened,  and sure wish Etsy would be more"human" - instead of relying on all the automation.

Come back when you find out what it was - I'm sure it's something minor, and probably not related to that on listing being removed.

Unfortunately, it didn't help. My card is still active.

Etsy still isn't responding to me, just sending the same automated replies. I have already identified the reason why the listing was blocked —my content was stolen and published on Alibaba. The owners of these stores removed my products at my request, but this did not help.
