Hi everyone,
Recently I'm having a problem when I try to upload videos to my listings. I get an error message at the top of the page saying "Hm, we're having trouble uploading that file. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support". Rarely, it works as it's supposed to but mostly I cannot add a video. I sent an e-mail to Etsy, waiting for a reply.
Videos are in mp4 format. I tried to upload the videos after decreasing the size but still no luck. I don't think size is the problem since it sometimes works. It's been a couple of weeks already and I'm still unable to add a video. Can you help me with this issue please? Is anybody else having the same problem?
