Can someone turn off my vacation mode? it wont let me

Did you put your shop on Vacation mode? Or did Etsy? 
If Etsy put it on Vacation only they can reopen it. You will have to contact Etsy. This forum is just for Etsy sellers. Etsy does not answer questions here.

yes etsy put my shop on vacation mode and i just contacted them but i havent gotten a response yet

The notice on your shop page is the one Etsy uses when it thinks you're behind on filling your orders. If you have any open orders, it may be difficult to get the shop reopened until those are filled. If you don't have any open orders, you would need to contact Etsy. Seems kind of odd since you have only one sale, but stranger things have happened.

yeah my one order delivered today so I don't have any orders to do anymore right now

Check your email. Etsy probably requested information from you and they won't reactivate it until you supply that information.

I just checked my email and i didn't get anything from them yet about it but thank you for helping

Check spam and/or junk as well. From reading these Forums, it seems that Etsy frequently requests ID and/or bank reverification after the first sale. Also from what I've read: often the email alert doesn't get to your inbox, or spam/junk box, depending on how your email provider has firewalls set up.
