My shop was placed into vacation mode on Jan 31, I've reached out to Etsy support so many times. They told me to update my tax info, which I did. I updated my bank info, and I reached out via twitter as well. I've done everything and now I've basically been ghosted, I don't know what to do, but I'd like to rectify whatever the issue is. Please somebody from support reach out. Thank you

None of your sold listings are available to view. The usually means that you have been selling something not allowed on Etsy.
No, I deactivated them myself while taking a break.
What were you selling? That might provide a clue that we may be able to provide more information.
If you have an email from Etsy reply back that you still need help.
Your shop is incomplete. No location listed so it is hard to know what may possibly be the issue.
@ArtDollsbyJD I noticed one of the reviews mentioned anime, so theyt may have been trademarked items.

Unfortunately, one of your ship in a bottle items can be found on other sites, including Walmart. Another can be found on other sites too, including several Etsy shops.
Etsy may now be assuming you're reselling them, so if they do get back to you eventually, you will have to prove to them that you handmade or designed them.
I'm aware other people have been copying my item and making their own inferior versions.
I've seen other sites mass producing them and have reported the other shops as well.
If this is the reason they put my shop on vacation mode, they never let me know, nor gave me a chance to show how I make my items to prove they are mine. They only sent one email (after I reached out to them) about updating my tax info, which I did. However, now my shop is in limbo
