Etsy has placed my shop on vacation Mode for over a week now without any explanation. They asked for a copy of my ID which I sent but there has been no communication from Etsy. I've tried reaching out and still no reply. This is the second time that Etsy locks me out of my shop without a good reason. First time they admitted it was their error but still took over a week to resolve.
Anyone know how to get Etsy to fix this?

Reply to the email Etsy sent you asking for your ID stating that you still need help. Don't open new requests, just reply to the original one. Make sure everything matches on your ID including name. There have been quite a few posts about people being put on vacation mode due to ID issues. Maybe a forum moderator will see your post and offer some help.
