Hello. As happened to many new sellers, I made my first sell and my store went to Vacation Mode by ETSY. So far, so good. I received an email to verify my identity.
Well! I DID upload a copy of my Identity Card on my initial registration. Non the less, I repeated the upload, I also sent a better image of the same card and I also uploaded a copy also of my Driver's License.
So far I have no response from ETSY. It's all blocked. I can't contact support in a fairly way and I don't have a clue if the documents I sent were enough or if I have to wait a few more days. The last updated document was yesterday. I just like to know, if possible, how much time it takes or, at least, what to do: keep waiting or keep sending documents (?).
Thanks

It may not just be ID. It may be bank details. You had a sale. At this point Etsy usually requests verification of bank details by sending a small deposit to your bank account for you to enter into the shop payment account. They may also be looking for an VAT or other tax information needed. It can take up to 10 business days or more. Etsy is backlogged with requests.
Contact us under Community in the shop manager is one way to contact Etsy. Ask them for further information.
BTW your shop policies and about page are needed.
