Vacation Hold for Over a Month - No Explanation from Etsy

PLEASE HELP! My shop was placed on vacation hold the first week of February for verification of business documentation.  I quickly provided the updated information and received an email that my documentation had been verified on 2/7/25.  However, my shop remains on forced vacation with no explanation and no response to the 6+ requests for help.  I have received no further email communication from Etsy, there is no banner on my shop page indicating why my shop is still frozen, and the vacation mode message says that I've been placed on vacation mode to help manage current orders; I have no current orders to handle.  All of my orders have been delivered.  I'm also still being charged for Etsy Plus and haven't been able to use my account for over a month.  I don't know what else to do.  I've invested a lot of time, money, and energy into building my Etsy shop and I'm beyond frustrated.  Can anyone offer any advice?
