VAT Statement Download Button Disappeared

Hello,

Monthly I used to download my VAT statement. Now, the download button just disappeared! Where do I download it now? Etsy chat support doesn't even work, no agent is entering the chat, it's been 30 minutes and I cannot reopen a new conversation. Thank you.

It will come back again; it usually happens when the calculation is done at the start of the month, It is best to check later today or tomorrow; I had this happening multiple times at the start of the month.

Any months  is often not there straight away, try tomorrow

I see it in my monthly statements, maybe wait a little bit and check again.
