I need someone to answer me from Etsy. They are not replying to my emails or support tickets. They sent an email telling me they lifted the pause on my shop but did not. It is now cyber Monday we still can't operate.
Etsy even just sent our funds to our bank account. But my shop is stuck in vacation mode.
