Etsy rarely resolves any issue within 48 hours.
I might take weeks or months to take you off vacation mode or even give you an update.
Have you looked at your finance page to see if anything needs updating?
Your name has to match exactly on everything.
Sometimes you have to upload a photo ID.
Keep replying to that same message that you "still need help".
Don't start a new message because Etsy will close the 1st one and you'll end up at the back of the line again.
