Dear Etsy Community and Support Team,
I’m reaching out here to report a serious disbursement issue that has persisted for the past two months.
Since late May, all of my shop's payouts have been returned to Etsy’s backend system. In an effort to resolve the issue, I’ve tried changing to several different bank accounts, but none of them have worked.
I’ve also contacted my bank multiple times, and they confirmed that:
No payments from Etsy have been received recently.
There have been no failed or pending transactions in their system.
This strongly suggests the issue lies within Etsy’s disbursement process, not on the bank’s side.
As the problem continues unresolved, the withheld amount is growing significantly, and the situation has placed me under immense financial pressure. I have reached out to Etsy's online customer support several times recently but have not received any response.
Because of the seriousness of this issue, I have made the difficult decision to put my shop on vacation mode. If this is not resolved soon, my business may not be able to continue operating.
I sincerely hope that someone from Etsy can look into this matter urgently and help release the funds owed to me. Otherwise, I may have to consider escalating this through additional channels.
