Urgent Helpt Needed - Missing tracking information even if its entered

Hello,
On my dashboard in On-time "shipping & tracking" section i am monitoring that 1 order missing tracking info. When i download the history, I am monitoring that one of  my order  show as missing tracking information.

When i go to that particular order in my dashboard, i see that the order has tracking information , shipped on time and delivered.

 

I contacted Etsy support using chat button, one live agent checked it and told me that its a technical issue and asked system to get update, and it should take 1-2 days. If the problem is still there i should contact again using chat button. I am writing since 4-5 days to support using chat but no reply at all.

"The system will try to fix this problem as I have requested an update"
"As I have checked the problem should get resolved within 24 to 48 hours"

Here are the words of live agent.

I lost my starseller badge for 2 months because of this issue and it will be one more month.

i reated a help request and waiting reply also no reply, Please help me.

@RainboWkidz: "... in my dashboard, i see that the order has tracking information ..." What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly. In that case you should pursue it - while Etsy will not manually adjust Star Seller stats they can, in some cases, fix the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively).

If that does not work and if the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

Thank you for the reply, if i click on the tracking number link it forwards me to DHL's page with an input box filled with the tracking number i provided and a button called Track. When i hit track it shows me all tracking history, the order has been shipped right on time and it's been delivered really quick.

 

p.s: i had many deliveries with this shipping company and everything was working fine.

by the way its almost impossible to reach etsy contact, no reply on chat icon and no reply and help request

@RainboWkidz: I wonder if DHL changed something on their end with their tracking API. It is understandable why an automated verification system might fail if it had to also 'click' on a button.

As @CryzalisMasksUK recommended you should keep after Etsy to correct each affected order, particularly if they are showing as 'Pre Transit'. It has been suggested to not mention Star Seller when contacting support so your inquiry is not summarily brushed aside.

It is always hit or miss with DHL and the updates on the Etsy dashboard.

Contact Etsy again and provide them with the order number & the link (or screenshot) to the DHL website showing the parcel has been delivered.

Request that they update this manually for you in your dashboard to delivered. They have the capability to do this whilst you wait 1 minute in chat

Thank you for replies, well DHL is causing really huge problems in terms of delivery time and their api, it is obvious. the other problem is it is almost impossible to contact etsy, i am writing a message everyday using chat and there is no reply at all (i wait like an hour )

i created a support ticket and also no answer.

I had that happen and they did nothing. I had to wait 3 months for it to drop off. Right on the order..the USPS tracking number you could click on and follow every step to delivery. On the CSV (CVS?) a bunch of #$%^& characters on that line then no tracking. If you mention SS on a chat they just tell you they can't fix it. I think it is low rung urgent for them so they just hope you'll go away.
