I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding an ongoing issue with verifying the new name of my Etsy shop, which I have been experiencing since June 14th. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter through contacting support, the issue remains unresolved. As a result, I have had to place my shop on vacation mode, which is impacting my business.

I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance you can provide to expedite the verification process and help me reactivate my shop as soon as possible.

We are only other sellers here on the forums, even though they sometimes come here, it's not feasible to think you will get the help you need. Here is the call back number, hopefully this will help.

What issue are you having?

It looks like Etsy has put your shop in vacation mode while it verifies your documents.  I think usually it takes about 2 weeks.

Thank you for your assistance. I want to clarify that I placed my shop on vacation mode due to the ongoing issues. Since June 14th, I have uploaded the required information, and have reached out via phone, email, and text. Despite these efforts, I am still waiting for a resolution.

Etsy does not have a phone number that you can call. They only have a call back system.

If you have found a phone number on the internet then it will be a scammer.

Since you yourself placed the shop in vacation mode, you should be able to take it out of vacation mode. Changing a shop name is not as arduous as changing your personal information, and you should have been able to edit your shop information without assistance: How to Change Your Shop Name .  Unless this is not what you are trying to do? It isn't clear what the problem is.
