Uploading pictures

When I try to upload a picture from my iPhone 13s or iPad Pro it times out. And some will set there and spin for a whole day and never upload. Help please talked to Etsy and the tech was no help at all.

Are your photos the right size?  With photos from a phone, they ususally need to be uploaded to a computer first so they can be oriented right.  I know that has been a problem in the past.

As far as timing out that is more likely due to the service used than Etsy.

If your images are too large, they will do that. Crop them to make smaller images no larger than 2,000 x 2,000 pixels. .jpg files are smaller than .png and .png is smaller than .gif files.

Help me please. I have had no help from Etsy help. Being not speaking English very well from them not me. What my problem is that my Img. File. Pictures will not upload to Etsy so I need to get a app to convert them to png or the other one. I need something that is easy to use 75 year old here. Don’t know what changed because I was taking my pictures with my iPhone 14 something. Worked great till a couple months ago. Do yall suggest
