Uploading new listings

I am no longer able to add a new listing photo or edit an existing photo.  My photos are coming from the same source as always, but will not load.    Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you resolve it?

@ShirleyOlsonArt  Are you getting an error and are you using app or desktop?

I am using my desktop.  I get strip that pops up saying "Uh oh, we are having a problem uploading this file.  Please try again later".   This has been happening for weeks now.

I tried two different browsers, and still no loading.

Is it only on the "new app"? I have messaged support Soo many times. This was the most recent answer: further look here, while we currently haven't had the feature for uploading photos yet on the new app, please know that our team is already checking on this, as we’re continuing to roll out new features"

Etsy doesn't have that feature yet. No one can upload photos

Hi, I actually starting using the Etsy App, which I had installed a good while back.  I do the photographing, creating the new listing, and publishing right on that app!  The whole process seems so much faster and easier!  Thanks for reaching out!

Glad to hear that it is working for you. I am one of the unfortunate ones who is unable to upload any photos for listings or on messages since the launch of the new app

Etsy is going to force us to get different phones. Too bad they didn't have a list of incompatible devices. My Motorola phone doesn't work with the new app either.

I'm sorry your phone is not compatible.  I have an iphone 13+ and was so happy to find that I could easily add new listings on it!  It has solved the problem for me.

Yes, but because I do not have high speed fiber optic wifi it takes 10min a listing without using the new app
