We are trying to upload a video it is square and 2k resolution.
Etsy keep stretching it out when uploaded. Even if we select the 1:1 ratio it is stretched. We have opened it up in media player. It is a square video.
Thanks for your help. No it was made by us. We solved the issue by keeping the elements in the video the same and making the video itself 16:9. That allowed us to crop it to 1:1 without warping it.
