Uploading Photos Issues..

Anybody experiencing issues with uploading photos to new listing today and over the past weekend? The upload/add photo option button is not working at all and the drag option will only work for a handful of photos...not all 10. Its driving me batty..lol! and Im wondering if anyone else having this issue and if they know if there is anything we can do on our end?? I'm assuming an Etsy problem but maybe there is another workaround or someone has been in touch with Etsy for advise??

I did not have any issues uploading images over the weekend for listings. I know a while back it was throwing a tantrum when trying to upload all the images at once, so had to do them individually. But over the weekend, they uploaded all in one go without any issues (using pc)

No issues with adding or rearranging.  I use Edge browser.  It might be your browser or device that is not working well with Etsy.  Have you cleaned out cache and cookies? 

If using the app you might want to consider using a browser instead,

Thank you! It was my content settings with my server. Would not have thought to look there as no issues before...but then I remembered I had made some server setting changes recently!! Apparently I've not had enough coffee yet today! Thanks again...

I made changes to an older listing and it won't renew. I've tried several times. Looks like I'm going to lose what I've done to the listing.

Hi! I was able to fix my issues by adjusting some server settings I had recently changed. If you've changed your settings recently  or had an update to your device  ...perhaps it's a similar problem?? Content blockers and pop up blockers seems to be related...

A few things to try:

• use a different browser
• reboot your broadband router
• check your broadband connection speed and service reports, it may be a service problem
• if using wifi check for channel congestion and if necessary change the access point channel (note you usually need 3 or 4 channels separation, avoid using adjacent channels)
• check that the files you are uploading are jpg (some camera apps, eg. apple, can default to different file types after updates),
• check that file sizes are under 10MB each (should not be problem with jpg full quality at upto 3000px square, but could be a problem with larger images or other file types)

Etsy has a history of occasionally not playing nicely with popup and Ad blockers. Add Etsy.com to the whitelists.

i'm ready to scream!  not loading photos on a listing has been going on too long. 

No matter what, i have to go to another browser and today i made the mistake of filling out the entire listing info on my original browser.  i'm very frustrated right now and i don't believe Etsy is fulfilling their promises.  i would LOVE to have a rep contact me with an answer.  thanks to everyone for their help.

I'm so disgusted with the new etsy app that I am looking at other sites.  I used to love listing here, it was easy.  Now it's a headache and other sites are much easier to take or upload photos.

I am also having a problem with adding photos to my new listing on the app.  When I finished and was ready to publish, it said I couldn't publish because the photos were loaded.  Apparently, they just disappeared by the time I finished the rest of the listing they were no longer there.  I can't publish because they aren't there and I can't go back and find them and put them in so I can publish the listing.

Does anyone know a work around?
