Did anyone else received a suspension because Etsy wants tax information? I keep trying to add my information but no clue why it won't send.
Your shop doesn't look suspended. It looks open with no listings.
@UppNorthEh the payment options are not showing. I've seen this before on other accounts that have been asked to update tax/ID info.

Yes, I am dealing with the same thing. They asked for the information. We sent it and it was verified, but my shop has now been on vacation for almost 2 weeks. I can't get anyone to help me. I received one message from a person and then nothing after that, which was 2 days ago. Now I am getting messages that they can't verify the information, but there are no working links for me to resubmit it. The links are all grayed out. Super frustrating!
@BurtonBabyDesign try replying to the email that you received from Etsy and tell them that you still need help otherwise they think the issue has been fixed.

Had the same thing - incredibly frustrating given it's the penultimate payday before Christmas and what has traditionally been our second busiest weekend of the year. Agree with the above - can't contact anyone and have also noticed the online chat option hasn't been avaliable since it happened. Emails only

Also, Henry is a vacuum cleaner. Hoover is a brand name. Using registered trademarks without permission can get your shop permanently suspended.
This is my issue too. I put in an appeal on November 18th. No contact since and now doesn't have record of my appeal. Any luck yet on your end??
This is an old thread. I would suggest starting your own as people will just be replying to the original poster.
Looking at your shop, you were selling products using trademarks. Without a license and/or permission from the IP owner, that will get a seller into a lot of trouble.
Have you tried contacting Etsy support directly via the shop manager (Help/Contact us)? Tell them what you are trying to do and what is then happening. It's also a good idea to mention what device/app/browser you are using.
It seems that your shop should be on forced vacation (or was put on forced vacation previously) but something went wrong and now you have no active listings and the payment options (icons) are not showing. If you go to your settings does it say that your shop is on vacation? Can you turn on vacation mode and then turn off after about 30 mins? I don't know if that would work but it's worth a try.
