Etsy - you need to fix the issue with messages between customers and sellers going to Spam.
I have had an angry review from a customer stating that I've not replied to her messages - I have - within minutes of her contacting me- and have sent multiple messages which have gone unanswered to her. It's clear that she's not getting them.
I can't even email her, because her email address provided is a privaterelay apple id proxy for privacy. To compound matters, I can't get your chat feature to work either. This customer is not receiving the help that is being provided for her, and it having an awful experience due to this ongoing Etsy glitch.
I am also finding messages from other customers - who I've had multiple conversations with in the past- have been sent to my own spam folder, and not by me, so I am quite sure this glitch is back again & needs fast addressing by Etsy.
@TheWonkyFox I now check my spam folder every day. For some reason a buyer's reply went to spam.
This has been going on for ages.
Either they cannot fix it or they just don't care to.
I just came to say the same thing, but you already did.
This just happened to me. I was in the middle of a back and forth with a customer, I just sent another response and the message disappeared. I remembered your post and immediately went to my spam folder and there it was. What is going on Etsy?
This just happened to me and I see there's another message that shouldn't have been there.
This HAS to be fixed!
This is what I was afraid of. It is bad enough that buyer messages are ending up in sellers' spam folders even mid conversation, but that seller messages to buyers are doing the same is much worse especially when there is no other way to contact them as in your case.
