Hi,
I have one order that was planned too be shipped today (July 6th, 2023) and I wanted to change the shipping date to July 10th, 2023. I notified my customer about the change and I submitted the request for the change, but the change didn't reflect in the system, and now my star seller status is going to be affected for the next month.
Is it possible to fix this?
How come Etsy doesn't have a warning system to tell us that we didn't change the date? Or a security step after the change to let us check and confirm the change?
