Updating Featured Listings Not Working... Changes are not holding

This is getting a bit frustrating! When I update my featured listings the updates are not holding. I have to go thru the process at least 4 or 5 times to get my changes to finally stick or just walk away and forget about it

Mine started going glitchy and now they don't work at all. This has been going on for about a month now. There's alway some new glitch that seems to pop up and have to deal with for months. Very frustrating.

It takes a few minutes for the browser to refresh with a new copy before they will show. Sometimes it can be five minutes or more, and sometimes the new listing is there, then the next time the old listing is, then the new one again. It will eventually stick without you doing anything to "make it stick". Just be patient.

As someone else said in a different thread, if you edit using the Edit shop feature, then the little pencil next to featured items, it updates faster.  Mine stuck this week and this seemed to work.

I'm having the same problem for a while now and I did contact support but their solution was for adding a new listing not changing a featured listing.  I have to log out then go back in to notice the changes.  Ridiculous, never had this problem before?

Just happened today for me.  Had to sign out and sign back in, then they appeared. Crazy.

Yes I use quick edit to manage the starred listings. I usually give it 30 minutes before I check back. This has worked for me.

This is 100% ridiculous.. It's been going on for way too long, not to be resolved. ETSY! PLEASE!  Shop keepers have a list of other things to do with our valuable time - not being able to update listings in real time is a no-brainer. What is the problem here??
