Hello guys,
I've uploaded a new document and this is actually the sixth time I'm verifying my bank account successfully and I'm still getting the same error message once the deposit is done.
I am afraid this is still not working. When I enter my bank info and attach the bank statement, I do receive a confirmation that all is fine and I have to wait 5 days until the next deposit.
This never worked since end of January.
I was told that the deposit was returned by my bank which they totally deny. I asked them anyway to re-verify my account which they did and confirmed that my bank account is operational and we tried to deposit money from other sources and it worked without any issue.
Furthermore, I completely opened a brand new bank account on a completely different bank company. I entered it to my Etsy last week and the same issue happened again today.
This just confirms 100% that the problem is from Etsy's end and there is a glitch in their system that needs to be fixed.
This started once I switched my account from personal to business on Etsy so I am pretty confident it is related.
I really need this money for the sustainability for our business. I am unable to pay shipping nor my partners because of this situation that took a lot of time.
So could you please look closer to this and sort this out at the earliest?
@thatregina I notices that you sent a list to support specialist for other sellers encountering the same issue. Could you please add me too?
Thank you,
Marouane
