Updated my seller info, but still getting the yellow bar on Shop Manager stating I have seven days to update or will no longer get paid. How can I contact someone at Etsy?

I got it today. I had to add my house phone number and add a ID. Did that and I still had the yellow bar. Went back and clicked on it again and it asked me 3 questions and when I answered them the bar went away. I got a email saying Thanks for confirming your seller info!

SUCCESS!! I had been using Firefox, but opened Microsoft Edge browser this time. It showed ID as "verified", but asked me a couple questions and had me check a box stating the shop items are legal to sell to the locations where I ship them.

Received the "thanks for confirming your seller info" email and the red bar is gone from the Shop Manager Dashboard. Very relieved. Hope this info is helpful to anyone experiencing a similar issue!

Thank you! Tried that just now and got stuck at the point where I'm about to re-upload my ID but the screen has auto-populated with my LLC's name where my name should be. Will wait to hear from Etsy support.

Hadn't heard back from Etsy Support by email, so requested a call today. After 40 minutes, the end result is I still have a red bar on the Shop Manager Dashboard and my shop will go into Vacation Mode in two days if someone in Support doesn't verify the Drivers License and Legal Business info screenshot from my state's website (confirmed while on the phone that support team has access to both documents). It was suggested to me to wait and also to try uploading the ID from a different browser.

Too bad I can't upload an image here, because the entire issue is that Etsy's website has auto-populated my Legal Name field with the Legal Entity Name (the LLC). I can upload my ID a thousand times and the info will never match. Please keep your fingers crossed for me this will be resolved. If not, I guess I'm being forced to leave Etsy.
