I’ve lost my star seller badge due to the messaging part not being up to 95%. I believe this is incorrect but don’t know how to refute this. The blue badge that says a potential customer is reaching out for the first time still appears even after I have exchanged messages with the customer. It’s like it’s not updating. Any suggestions? Thanks!

@EngelhartDesigns; You will have to look at the 'previous review period' on your Star Seller page to see what Etsy though your reply percentage was for the September 1st badge.
Etsy seems to have taken away the ability to download the CSV file for the previous period, but perhaps the current period CSV file can give you a hint as to which new threads Etsy thinks you did not answer (or mark as SPAM) within 24 hours.
Based on the many many recent threads about this in this forum, the new message banner not going away appears to be only a user interface glitch which is not affecting any stats such as Star Seller. There have, however, been reports about other Message issues that are impacting a shop negatively.
