Update to Tax ID error on the system

Is anyone else have issues updating their Tax ID, specifically in Singapore? 

We have entered our UEN multiple times and we keep getting a system error saying it is not recognized. We have checked our number with our Singapore tax accountant (as recommended by Etsy support email and chat) and we know our number is valid and correct. 

Support is sending us in circles and now our account is paused. We can't sell or access our funds.

I am having the same situation, Etsy support just closes my requests. Hope someone will get to it.

Did anyone get this resolved? Etsy is not accepting my Singapore UEN either.  Etsy support has been running us in circles for months and our shop is closed. Really critical time for sales and I am desperate to have this resolved.

@ModAngie  can something be done about this please? We are submitting valid tax IDs, but we keep getting the error "Please enter a valid Tax ID" . For Singapore the Tax ID is the UEN number, which consists of 9 number and 1 alphabet in the end

I've just been trying to do this too in the UK. My tax ID is just a number. It says its not valid.

My payments are on hold and I have just days before my shop goes into holiday mode
