Update progress button not working on new orders

and you cannot move from new into in progress. Anyone else having this issue suddenly today?

Try switching to another browser. It doesn't work in Chrome but seems to be working in Safari and Firefox.

I'm having the same issue too. Also can't select any other shipping label options either. Hope something gets fixed soon

I managed to print orders by opening each order, not through the main order page

By the way, I am using Chrome, but can't get the email address for the buyer from the drop down

I got the buyer's email address from the transaction email, hooray! I managed to print and can now send.

The "More" button does nothing. I can't print my orders. Can't meet my ship by dates if I can't print out my orders..

You can print them singly..at least I could but that's not how itis supposed to work. (via PC/ MSEdge)

Same issue here - QUICK FIX was to "print" from iphone from Etsy page, and then email the pdf to my email, then print from there.

My "update progress" option on my sold orders isn't working, seems like a system issue?

I can't batch print orders today. I select all on all the different batches and no print option drops from the More actions bar. I can print them singly, but that's not how it is supposed to work.

Same here.  The drop down menu does not work when trying to print.  Also the drop down does not work for the snippets when trying to reply to customers.

Via PC MS Edge. I refreshed the page etc. Just restarted my computer a couple days ago so I doubt itis that since I have batch printed since then.

Well that is super weird. Apparently they copy pasted my other thread into this thread..or I am losing it..which is a possibility.

I can print ordrs single via MS Edge and my PC. This is happening via my PC so not just an app issue. If you can't print labels and you are able to use PirateShip it is about 5 minutes or less to set up and integrate your shop and orders. It is free and they actually have customer service which is really great. I know not an option for all. ALSO remember today the POs are closed if you are in the US. Labor Day.
