I also can't seem to update progress on Orders & Shipping Page in batches, only one by one. Been waiting for a technical support agent for awhile...
Yes I just tried to message them but as always no one answers, cannot change the status of an order, cannot update shipping and also cannot see the email address to send a direct message....

If you have the email that Etsy sends regarding the purchase you can right click on the "send them an email" link at the bottom and the email address will show up.
I just managed to speak to support and pointed out the problem along with some screen shots, he said they would be looking into it...

And the little arrow next to the customer's name doesn't work either. The customer's email address would be needed to register the package, but I can't get it, and I can't send the package.
Oh, and the customer service chat doesn't respond either. Not even the bot.

Came in to see if not being able to use the "more actions" button to print an invoice was a sitewide problem, and I see there are several things wonky today.
No USPS today, so I'm just gonna let it go until tonight. Hopefully it will all be fixed (but won't hold my breath).

I am also having problems with the more actions button. When I try to print multiple packing lists it just goes grey but won't go to the drop down menu.

My "More" and "Update Progress" buttons were not working in Chrome.
I signed into Etsy through FireFox and everything seems to be working normally.

If you have an iphone, delete the etsy app so it quits forcing to open it. I could not get it to print without deleting.
Similar might work on android idk
When I wanted to send a new order today, I noticed that the buyer's email address was no longer being transmitted. Previously, you could click on the small triangle next to the name and the email address was visible. Is this also the case with other sellers?
If ETSY really hides this address, it is a catastrophic situation for international sellers as we often have to contact customers for the phone number or regarding customs fees. And many buyers do not respond to messages in ETSY so we have to write emails.

Hi, I dispatched an order this morning and the email was still visible. This afternoon, I can no longer see the email address on this, or any of my previous orders. As you say, we need this information to be able to contact the buyer if we need to get in touch regarding the delivery or have any other questions/comments. Thanks for pointing out this change today.
