on Tuesday we wrote here because we had verification issues with our Etsy shop and it was even closed down. After we posted here in the forum, we were really happy to see that the shop was opened again quickly. It is still in forced vacation mode tho.
The problem now is, as we have a´n LCC (German GmbH actually), the Trust and Safety team doesnt even accept the ID of Ghita Rais, who is listed as the rightful primary shop owner.
(Before is sent mine, which led to a total shut down)
In the dashboard, Etsy says to upload an Id with the name Chams'up GmbH, which doesnt exists. Ive seen dozens of posts here or on reddit with the same issue. Some were resolved, some still stuck. Has any one experienced this here? Should i upload some sort of collage maybe with the ID and company info??
Can this issue please be forwarded again to be quickly resolved? As for the even bigger issue, the total shut down of the shop, it worked so quickly
We are loosing sales daily and as a gift shop the absolute main season is approaching quickly.
