Update: Missing Digital Files Upload Box- 3 Weeks No Resolution (Case#20938087)

Hello again,

It’s now been 3 weeks since I opened support case #20938087 about the missing Digital Files Upload box in my listings. Despite sending multiple screenshots and explanations, the problem is still not fixed and Etsy Support has gone quiet.

To recap:

•I start listings from scratch and select Digital at the beginning.

•The upload box never appears.

•I’ve tried multiple browsers and devices.

•Support initially replied but has stopped responding, and no technical fix has been offered.

This issue is preventing me from selling digital downloads in my shop, and I’m losing time!

Can a moderator please help escalate this to Etsy’s technical/engineering team? It looks like an account-level bug that only Etsy can correct.

Thank you to everyone who has read my post. I’d like to ask the community if anyone else has experienced this same issue — especially other sellers based in Switzerland.

I’m new to Etsy and still have to make my first sale, so not being able to create digital listings is a real problem for me.

From what I’ve learned, this issue sometimes affects new Etsy accounts in Switzerland, where the Digital Files Upload option isn’t unlocked automatically.

Has anyone else in Switzerland faced this? And if so, how did you get it resolved?

Do you specify when the download was made? If you select "made to order", there will be no place to upload.  Hope this helps.

Oh thank you so much "ThePrintReserve" I was selecting made to order and that was the problem. After I specify when the download was made it worked! thanks agin for your help. I must say it's a real pity Etsy support couldn't explain that to me 3 weeks ago. Such a simple fix!
