Unwarranted SUSPENSION

Etsy Safety,

I am reaching out today because my shop "Hometown Engraving LLC" has been involuntarily put into vacation mode. I am extremely confused as I have been a star seller for 12+ consecutive months, and I have done NOTHING to deserve this suspension.

Please review my shop immediately and remove me from suspension. Etsy is my family's only source of income, and with the suspension being completely unjust, it needs to be resolved immediately.

It is getting to the point with Etsy where you log in in the morning and wonder if your shop will still be there!

It is definitely becoming quite stressful and more so because there is never any help for anyone and many get left waiting for weeks not knowing what went wrong or how to solve it.

SHOP Suspension FOR NO REASON , Can someone help me please or give me direction of how I can reach someone at Etsy I cannot get anyone on instant message either or by email my shop was suspended on 10/24/23 , I have no idea why or if its a error.? I was never given a warning or asked to change something I keep getting emails saying suspended I did appeal, and it said permanent suspended and then I sent another support email and now it says on my dashboard below statement .  I have not used anything that could be against trademark or infringement I mostly put my unique designs that I create myself on bags and totes..  Im very upset I have been crying all week I had 400 products up and open for 4 months, my acct is up to date everything has been paid so no issue with my acct in live in the US .  Amy suggestion.?

you said you were suspended 4 days ago and that etsy said to allow 2 weeks for a response.

so you will just have to wait to hear from them.

I have no issues placing an order, I added an item to my cart. Why do you think the store is suspended?

Poor sellers just trying to get some help are damned if they do and damned if they don't.

If Etsy doesn't want a thread that's a month old added to, why don't they remove the ability to comment and make them read only?

There are lots of them.” Someone finds a thread regarding the same issue and are told “this is an old thread, you should start your own.” You can’t win for losing…

OP  your shop is open, I just put something in cart and it went to checkout just fine.

So sorry this is happening to you.  I am currently getting ready to bail from this sinking ship after nearly 13 years.

My advice is the same as others on here:  expand to other platforms NOW that may actually offer real customer service because they CARE about having your business, unlike etsy, who consistently proves they don't give a crap.

So now it's your turn not to give a crap about them.
