Etsy support yet again fobbed me off. Saying that Pos International Indonesia is not supported and therefore the trqcking number is invalid. Yet 5 orders using the same carrier have tracked this month. So if it is unsuppoerted then how is it supported.? This is an issue when it comes to Star Seller. My Shipping score should be 100% but fell to 96% because Etsy system failed to acknowledge my correctly tracked and shipped item.
You only need 95% not 100%.
Aftership, the 3rd party program Etsy uses, shows "POS Indonesia Domestic" as a service they track.
It's possible it doesn't track International. It could be a recent change, and it used to track International.
You can look up the carriers that Aftership support for Tracking (that etsy uses) here:

They probably mean, hey are not a supplier that can be tracked on Aftership. Aftership is the portal which Etsy use to check tracking.
To find out if this is the reason head to the help centre and search for supported carriers.
@JavaniceHandicraft - If you normally don't have issues with the tracking & your chosen shipper the only thing I can suggest is after marking a order complete & adding the tracking info, etc. go back the next day to be sure that an Etsy glitch did not change the carrier you chose.
Some EU & Australia shop owners have had this glitch, where the carrier is magically changed. So of course the tracking number makes no sense since it doesn't match the shipper that it glitched to. Etsy sees this as "no tracking".
