I gave him my card details and got a code then. My balance continued being minused 10,15 USD. And now I havent got any refund
This was not from Etsy, the scammers are pretending to be Etsy, copy their logo which is easy to do.
Contact your bank and check if they have fraud protection to get your funds back and block your card.
The e-mail was NOT from etsy, it was a scammer, contact your bank/card NOW and report fraud, and cancel your card.
If it was a message from etsy, in etsy messages, it would be in the "from etsy" folder, on the left hand side,
It would also have the "E" symbol half on, and half off the avitar.
There would have been an orange banner at the bottom when you opened your messages first, if you read that, it would have told you etsy NEVER asks for your e-mail, and if someone does, it's a scammer.
Etsy already has your e-mail, they don't need to ask for it.
I do believe you've been scammed....
Unfortunately it sounds like you were scammed. Call the 800 # on your credit card right now. Get your card cancelled. Call your bank and freeze your acct NOW.
Etsy doesn’t contact sellers about banking issues with your customer.
Contact your bank as soon as possible. Hopefully they provide some kind of fraud protection.
Actually, I followed the email sent from Etsy, not from customer

Etsy never asks that you give them money so they could give it back to you.
Is the email in the folder named "From Etsy?" That's where a message would be if they did try to contact you.
I'm so sorry this happened to you. But out of curiosity why would you think you need to get a refund from a customer? They pay Etsy, Etsy pays you. You do not pay the customer to buy your item. It's appalling that this actually works.
Based on the sheer number of posts like this one, I cringe at the thought of how many fell for this truly obvious scam and didn't post here. I just don't get it.
The scammers are persistent but they aren't that sophisticated. Their grammar is crap, the wording is always weird and yet, people still fall for it.
That remains a mystery.
You are in Germany and are a new shop. Follow the good advice given and cancel any debit or credit card you used in this scam. Explain to your bank's officer how your account was defrauded. Talk to the police if you want to pursue criminal charges. I am sorry you thought it was Etsy.
