Hola me llegó un correo pidiéndome una palabra clave para confirmar una compra pero no sé cuál es

All you sales will appear in your dashboard under "orders". Scammers are very active trying to contact sellers through Etsy messenger (there should be a warning in your dashboard)

Etsy already has you information and will never ask for this via messenger. If you have provided banking information to this person in chat, contact your bank and get your card blocked.

This is a scam. Don’t respond or provide any personal or financial information. Send it to spam.
