Anyone else running into this? It's making distinguishing unread from read messages very difficult.
Yes and we cannot reply to messages.
Is there a # showing for how many new messages you have?
I was having the same problem earlier, in order to see the message box to reply you have to scroll all the down to the bottom of the page. It took me about 10 minutes to figure it out. The fonts have changed too.
Yes, I'm just now experiencing this. I turned on my auto-reply for now just in case I miss a message that I don't see to reply to.
And the text is all wonky & squished together in the messages. Like they removed the paragraph space??
I just got random messages from a customer from 2015 & I'm left wondering if these were OLD messages or new messages since they were marked as read when they popped to the top of my inbox.
