I was just lowered from 100% on time shipping to 96% because of a single late shipment. I was directly in the path of hurricane Milton and had no power, mail or internet service for 4 days. Maybe its me, but this seems a bit harsh?
You need to contact Etsy Support. We were told shops affected by the hurricanes would not be penalized.
I have tried repeatedly it's circular and there is no option for hurricane Milton so I don't know how to contact customer service. If someone would be kind enough to show me the way I would certainly appreciate it.
Etsy can't possibly know this so you need to tell them.

That's absolutely useless because there is no option that specifically addresses my issue. It seems to be set up where you can't talk to anybody!
That link is to a generic customer service menu. It's circular and gets me nowhere near a solution or speaking to customer service.

@SharonsFlorida I understand you must be frought with pain, panic and anxiety after going through a hurricane! I am so sorry that happened to you!
There is a link in the post that @Natalya1905 provided. You evidently did not see the link in that solution that would allow you to send an email directly to Etsy. So here is how you do it.

I suggest that you put in the subject line Hurricane Milton. I would also take a screen shot of the form after you fill out the form so you have a record.

No I am not aware of the secret ways to get into customer service. I had no idea it was buried under shipping. Thank you for the specific instructions I hope I can get somewhere now.
They only stressful part about any of this is that Etsy seems to make it as difficult as possible to contact them regarding a seller account. It's too cryptic!
