Unfair “Ship By” Policy

I shipped an order on the “ship by” date. No cutoff time indicated -only the day, so I registered the order “completed” with a tracking #. But to my shock it indicated 1 day overdue! The support person in the chat said it’s because the system is on UCT time, but couldn’t point out where it states that in the Star Seller policy when I asked. That’s because it’s not in the policy! Etsy, you’re jerking your hard working sellers around and messing with our livelihoods, as we depend on your algorithms to keep businesses flowing. Make sure you cover all the bases before implementing an incentive program and don’t “Mickey Mouse” it.

There’s been something a bit odd going on lately with time zones I think, I’ve had orders saying due for dispatch on Saturday, then Etsy changing it to Friday. Items being marked as shipped a day late when I know I shipped on the correct day.
