Hello, you didn’t give me a star seller badge, I looked on January 31 and calculated the percentage of answers - it turned out to be 95 percent.
Your system counted the messages a little later (did not take into account the sms on January 31) and because of this it turned out 94. I think this is unfair, since January 30 and 31 should also be counted. Due to this error (because you are counting with a delay), my store lost this badge. Can you reconsider this decision and recalculate for ENTIRE January? - it's bad for my sales. Thank you!

As noted by this Etsy Admin,
"Please know that messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period."

Re: Uncorrect calculation
The last couple of days of the month are usually not counted and roll into the next month. Etsy won't 'correct' your score I'm afraid.

Re: Uncorrect calculation
they roll through,
so you will have messages from end of October that are counted in this time
and those from the end of Jan, that will be counted in next time.
