Unable to verify tax payer name & tried numerous times to upload legal document but no response

I have been chasing Etsy support for weeks now, spoke to the agent multiple times with no response and success. I have uploaded my government ID numerous times through the link and yet the status has not been updated.

What exactly is the hold up, my payments have been put on hold for weeks, and soon Etsy will force the shop to be in vacation mode.

Its been days that i have been trying to get this issue resolved but all in vain , no help or resolution at all till now from Etsy support.

A lot of hard work and effort are put in by small sellers in there shop and to earn some reputation and reviews.

And it is very disheartening to see your shop being put on hold forcefully.

No help or resolution being given till now from Etsy and i am completely helpless and don't know what to do next

Can there be some URGENT help or solution !!!!!

I’m having the same problems, based in the Uk but shop now in holiday mode and had nearly £1700 on hold, they refunded it all back to customers including postage, they said my shop will close 3rd February unless I verify tax details, I’ve uploaded these and seems to be verified, every time I go to shop it asks me to upload documents. Obviously something is not working and contact page keeps looping so can’t actually talk or email anyone either. So frustrating and I loose everything
