While updating my tax information, I received a notice that my shop was put on vacation mode. My tax information was verified within the hour, but shop was still in vacation mode. It's currently been 12 days since this has happened. I've tried reaching out to Etsy in everyway I would think of. I submitted multiple help requests with no response. I've tried contacting on Tiktok, no response there. I reached out on Instagram where I actually did get a response. I was told my concerns would be forwarded to their support team. That was a week ago with nothing since then. I reached out on Instagram twice after that, no response. I tried calling 3 different phone numbers. Once was out of service with the other two referring back to the Etsy help page.
I truly can't believe how awful Etsy support has become for sellers. There's no reason multiple shops are getting closed for weeks without anyone to get in contact with. With all of the Etsy fees that every shop owner pays, you would think they'd be a little more courteous to their sellers.
Any help would be appreciated, or if anyone has gone through something similar, I'd love to hear about it!

There are no Etsy phone numbers to call; anything you find may be a scam, as many scammers post ads etc. and come up on Google for that search.
Submitting multiple help requests won't help. Only open a new one if the first was closed. Keep responding that you still need help in your one open ticket. Check here: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-gb/requests?segment=selling
Unfortunately this is a common issue, and it can take weeks to get resolved. I suspect Etsy is training its AI on this instead of hiring sufficient Support to do the job.
I’m having the same problems it seems as everyone else, I’m based in the Uk but shop WheatBagHeaven now in holiday mode and I had nearly £1700 on hold, they refunded it all back to customers including postage so out of pocket over £2000, they said my shop will close 3rd February unless I verify id details, I’ve uploaded these and seems to be verified, every time I go to shop it asks me to upload documents again, I think the link is broken? Obviously something is not working plus the contact page keeps looping so can’t actually talk or email anyone either. So frustrating and I loose everything
