Is anyone else unable to talk to anyone at Etsy without using the e-Mail system? It has been like this for me weeks now.
Has it been removed?
Only star sellers get the chat icon.
Call back is only available for certain support issues I believe.
That is ridiculous of Etsy to bottleneck the majority of sellers like that... Are you certain??

So try after that? or it's possible the "etsy help chat 24/7" also only exists depending on which issue you select
it's been the opposite for me, I have to hunt around to get e-mail, I saved an old link,
I find callback and chat worse than useless, so useless, they misunderstood my question, and shut my shop, it took a week to get it back
I will never use them again
Agree that chat is worthless and even can be detrimental. Last month, my shop was shut down immediately after I had used the chat - I'm guessing because the chat person is in a foreign country and had accessed my shop during our discussion, triggering a "suspicious activity" bot. An e-mail person did get my shop back up and running again the next day but the whole experience was harrowing.
The chat people have no authority and they talk from scripts. They can address the very basic of questions only but can tell you absolutely nothing that specifically pertains to your situation.
I can't even reach customer service. Keeps sending me in circles
does this get you to log a ticket through e-mail
