I'm trying to upload the file for a customer's instant download and there's an Etsy bug that's not allowing me too - no matter the customer/file size/file type, etc.
After I click "Upload File" it says "Please upload at least one file". Then above in red it says "Hmm. Something went wrong. Try refreshing, but if this persists contact support. There was no category for support that went with this issue.
This has been going on for hours.
Anyone else?
There have been a few threads about this. We are uncertain. Clearly an issue on Etsy’s end. In the meantime, email your buyers their files. It’s not their fault. I hope Etsy resolved this soon.

Yes, I'm having the same issue. I contacted support and they said "As per checking, it shows that we are receiving a lot of reports regarding on the same concern you had with completing digital order transactions and our technical team is already working on this on their end." Hopefully gets sorted soon and in the meantime, I will be emailing my customers their files

I'm having the same problems too. I am also sending these via email again for the time being until this is solved. I am also getting worried that if we cannot send the items digitally then will it be against us as they showing still to be sent and I don't want to lose my star seller status as there seems to be no way to mark these sales as completed.

I have the same problem. I spoke to someone yesterday about it, they said they would look into it, for the time being to send any files via email to the customer. but no solution for not being able to mark the order complete.
Same problems here for me. I'm not thrilled to hear that it's been for 2 days for some - it's really unacceptable that they haven't made any statement about this or what they're going to do to fix it yet still continue to let customers make purchases they may not be able to received.
This no longer works:
Go to your Shop Manager and select Orders & Shipping.
Your incomplete orders are displayed under the New tab.
Check the box of the order you want to finish, then choose Complete order.
Select the Upload file button. You can attach up to five files with a maximum size of 80MB each.
Finish by selecting the Complete order button. The buyer will be notified by email that their order is now available for download.
Reaching out to both Chat and Support has not produced any results. I have a paid order that can not be uploaded thus it also cannot be completed because of this upload issue. I have asked what am I supposed to tell the buyer and I get no response making this look like the seller did something wrong when the marketplace knows it is something they caused not me. I have completed this process many times but for now it is very broken .
I spoke to someone yesterday, I contacted my seller and got an email address, I sent my files that way, then when Esty fixes the issue I will complete it in my orders.
