Statistic for Shipping on time seems to be wrong

Hi there,

Over night our statistic for shipping on time dropped from 100% to 93% out of nowhere.

So we took a look inside the CSV-file. It´s only considering orders without tracking as "too late" (but not all orders without tracking).

In Germany we don´t need to put tracking information for orders below 10€. So we just complete them on time without any tracking.

In the past it worked fine like this but it seems in the CSV that after 6th of April something was changed in the background calculation.

 

Does someone know this issue and can help?

The system doesn't work for all countries as it is created for the US.  In the UK our tracking is not recognised by Etsy anyway!  I am not sure why the order would be considered late if it was under €10?  Have you gone to the order to check that the overall price with shipping was indeed under €10?

It's item price before discounts, and doesn't include shipping.

Etsy say order amount, but that's not what they mean.

 

And RM tracking (delivery confirmation) is accepted for SS (just not for a Payment account reserve)

@CappuccinoLace  Noted about item price.  But Etsy's system does not recognise RM tracking!  There are lots of posts about it.

Shipping is always included in our prices and many of our prices are under 10 €.

@JJewellerySuppliesUK  Up to beginning of April RM tracking was working for us with Etsy in Germany. Is it a new thing, that it doesn´t work or does this issue exists longer?

Sind jetzt seit dem 06.04. alle Bestellungen unter 10€ als verspätet deklariert oder nur vereinzelte?

Könnte es evtl. sein, dass das Versanddatum einiger Bestellungen auf einen Feiertag (07.04. = Karfreitag + 10.04. = Ostermontag) fiel und diese Bestellungen erst am darauffolgenden Werktag versendet wurden?

Etsy berücksichtigt nämlich keine Feiertage. Daher muss das Versanddatum, wenn es auf einen Feiertag fällt, rechtzeitig aktualisiert werden.

„Processing times and “ship by” dates are determined using business days and don’t include weekends, but may include holidays. If a “ship by” date falls on a holiday, you can update the date once per order.“

Nicht alle Bestellungen unter 10 € wurden als verspätet deklariert, aber die meisten.

Das Feiertagsproblem war uns bekannt, daher haben wir auch an den Feiertagen verpackt und als versendet markiert.

Und unabhängig von Ostern ist das Problem auch für alle Folgetage vorhanden. Ganz ganz seltsam.

It seems like our connector from our product-management-software to Etsy is having trouble since Etsy made major changes in the API. Now waiting for updates of the connector...
