Unable to update GSTIN details

Hello,

I'm a seller from India. I've shifted to Payoneer a few weeks ago and everything went well. Now I'm trying to update my GSTIN details on Etsy platform under Payment Settings option but I'm unable to. Every time I enter the details and click on submit, nothing happens.

Raised this issue with Etsy Support and it's been more than a week, I haven't received any response from them.

Can anyone help me.

I read a few help articles. It said make sure you don't have a pop up blocker on your browser. Not sure if that'll help but it's with a try

You have no payment methods in your shop. You need to enroll in Etsy Payments.
