Yes, I've been trying all afternoon and evening to schedule a pickup for tomorrow. I've tried both the web site and the app on my phone, and no luck with either one. I'm also getting the little box with "Processing...please don't refresh page" that stays there forever. Also, I'm not receiving the usual confirmation emails. I'm going to try to put my packages in the mailbox and hope I get my regular carrier who should know what's up. (:
