USPS request a pick up

When I have tried to request a pick up with USPS, it states, "Sorry, we encountered a problem. If this persists, please contact Etsy Support."  After a few hours of attempts from time to time, I clicked on "Etsy Support", where it tells me that Etsy is down.  I know that that is not the case since I am still getting orders.  Anyone else running into this today?

I would go  to USPS and request a pick-up from there, not Etsy.

Use the USPS website instead.

I always use the USPS site to order a pick-up mainly because I request it in the evening and I don't print my labels until the morning of the day I am mailing them. Find it under the quick tools option.

I've never had this issue in the 11 years I've been on Etsy.  I purchase labels from Etsy, print them the night before and request a pick up all in one swoop.  Where is the Quick Tools option on the desktop please?

I am also running into this issue and I have also tried to schedule with USPS which I also can not do.  I get all the way through the process and then it times me out.

I wonder if it is a USPS issue that became an Etsy issue.  Hopefully it rectifies itself tomorrow.  Thank you!

The problem must be at USPS because I have tried several times to do a pick up request today and it just shows "Processing" for like forever and never stops.  Tried multiple times.

I am having the same problem this evening and have tried multiple times in different browsers with the same error! And when you go to the link that says Etsy is down it’s not! What the heck?

I'm having the same issue. It must be USPS, because I can't schedule a pick-up with them either.

My carrier said it's a USPS issue for sure. Mine was good as of last night.
