Unable to renew or deactivate items

Today, 05/25/2022, I am unable to renew or deactivate items.

Yes, also happening for me. I am unable to renew sold items. I'm afraid to keep trying in case I get charged multiple times.

I am having the same issue.  Can't renew, can't change featured listings.

Having the same issue. So happy to see I'm not alone. Darn, does this mean our listings are going to fall out of the algorithm? Ughhhh

I came to the forums to see if something was up too.

I think either it's very widespread or there's other issues afoot.     In over 24 hours, I haven't had my list of favorites (as a buyer) update with anything new.    I have a bazillion favorited between sellers and items so there's always something on that unseen list - since yesterday about 11 .m. ET, there's nothing.

Make sure that you send an email to Etsy Customer Support ... Just in case they aren't moderating this forum....

Me too, I cannot renew listing. Tried twice and don't want to try again because of possible extra renewal fees and worry of selling more than I have. All I get when I ty to report the problem is the dreaded WHOOPSIE page. Probably turned the help off due to a large number of reports.

I had that happen a couple of months ago and still haven't received a refund.    I know it was only 40 cents but bitter.   :  )

@moonbeamgifts Well dang that is not encouraging. So far it doesn't look like I have been  charged for either try. I hope that sticks. You should not be cheated even if it is only 40 cents. I would not be happy either. I wonder how many sellers they have done this to, it could add up to a lot in Etsy's pocket.

I’ve had the same issues, I found that persistently deleting the featured listings and refreshing the page worked after several goes. I noticed last week that all my recently sold items had disappeared from completed listings and the list was oldest first going back years, they are now back at the top, but the totals are all wrong. Just glitches I suppose.

Ha ha, now my featured listings are changing, without me selecting them! I selected a glass necklace and two postcards of the queen. There is nothing else in my selected featured items, but the necklace has disappeared and there is a photo frame that I have never selected! Don’t know whether to laugh or get spooked.

Finally my listing renewed but I did get charged for 3 listings. I guess I must have tried 3 times instead of 2. It looks like a lot of us may get cheated if Etsy is not giving refunds on their glitch.
